Sincerest Apologies

I have been working my ass off, but not here. I have been ignoring this blog space and telling myself daily that I need it and it needs me. It does and I do, but I just haven't had the time or inspiration. A month ago I was faced with the frightening and unexpected. I made it out alive. You know, I think.

At any rate, no more ignoring my little corner of the Internetz. How else would I offend the masses with so little effort?

And I'm still not ready.

I'm still not feeling creative or ridiculous enough to put much out into the universe.

I feel mostly myself, but not yet motivated enough to share. It's amazing how much a few days can take out of you by just doing what life does.

I'll share eventually.

Last night, a friend was struggling with whether to share an experience on her blog or keep it to herself. 

I told her this:

"You write when you're ready and when you can't hold it in your skull and soul another minute longer. You'll know."

I think that advice was as much for me as I was for her. I'll be back to my snarky, blogging self very shortly. Maybe even tomorrow. Maybe even tonight.

Even when I don't have much to say, it's hip to be square, kids.
